K9 Retreat Center is owned by Gina. Gina's passion for dogs extends beyond no other which inspired her to embark on a new journey to create a safe and happy environment for dogs to play and socialise. Gina started by providing doggy holidays in her home, creating a home from home environment for each dog to provide maximum comfort. In 2022 Gina opened her first doggy daycare facility which welcomed a variety of breeds and dogs with different confidence levels. She has taken the time to understand each dog and gain their trust in order for them to enjoy their daycare experience. In 2024, Gina has now expanded to bigger unit, where there are four different rooms to allow dogs to be placed appropriately based on their confidence.

The team is family based, with Gina's Mum, Dad and Son involved in the business. She is joined by a range of volunteers who share Gina's passion for all breeds.
